Greenbatch Recycling

Due to our massive efforts with our plastic recycling last year we are continuing with Greenbatch for 2020. We have saved 100’s of kilograms of plastic from landfill!

In partnership with Greenbatch, we have set up a recycling station at L.C.P.S. It is located behind the main stage in the undercover area. Collection and drop off will be Monday mornings between 8.10-8.20 (starting Week 6).

Here you will be able to drop off the following for recycling:

PLEASE NOTE: NO SCRUNCHABLE PLASTICS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please drop these items into the RedCycle bin out the front of either Coles or Woolworths.

Here is what you can do:

  • Start collecting and cleaning items from the accepted items above.
  • All items must be washed, dried and all lids separated from the bottles.
  • Place items into plastic bags, boxes etc to bring to school.
  • Collection and drop off will be Monday mornings between 8.10-8.20 in the undercover area. Every bag of recyclables your child/children bring in will earn them 1 stamp. When your child or /children have earned 20 stamps over 20 weeks (max. 1 stamp per week) they will be awarded an environmental badge for their schoolbag.
